Mesa, AZ – July 21, 2025 — Recirculated™, a company focused on sustainable, circular transport packaging, proudly welcomes Patrick Owens as Chief Principal Consultant. Owens will lead strategy, EPR guidance, and implementation support for clients working to improve packaging recovery, waste reduction, and compliance.
Owens brings deep experience in environmental policy, packaging systems, and reuse strategies, and currently serves as Chair of the Reusable Packaging Association (RPA) Sustainability Committee.
